What is Mezzanine Financing?
Mezzanine Financing is a subordinated loan for real estate projects that strengthens your capital base and covers up to 30 % of the planned investment. This allows you to secure additional financing. No matter whether you are investing in a construction or a development project in healthcare, education or housing for disadvantaged people.
There’s no need for a personal guarantee and you continue to be the owner. You pay a fixed interest rate over an agreed term of up to ten years. And best of all, you only begin to make principal repayments after four years.
