What is Mezzanine Financing?

Mezzanine Financing is a subordinated loan that strengthens your capital base and covers up to 30% of the planned investment. This allows you to secure additional financing. No matter whether you are investing in a construction or a development project in healthcare, education or housing for disadvantaged people.

There’s no need for a personal guarantee and you continue to be the owner. You pay a fixed interest rate over an agreed term of up to ten years. And best of all, you only begin to make principal repayments after four years.

But we not only assist you with financing. We also support you with free, individual advice, whenever you need it.

  • Affordable housing for seniors or students 
  • Nurseries, inclusive schools or healthcare facilities
  • Facilities for NGOs

Requirements

  • A selected or existing plot
  • 10% of the total costs as equity
  • A prepared budget and business case
